About us

We are simply concerned citizens worried about the country’s situation trying to find impactful ways to support while using our expertise

Vision:

We believe in a future where jobs and skills, not charity, empower women, youth, and persons with disabilities to earn their living with pride while contributing to social and environmental change.

To achieve this, Tri-pulley aims to be the leading social enterprise that turns ordinary events, trainings, and team-building activities into engaging, purpose-driven experiences that raise awareness and fund dignified, skills-building jobs for marginalized groups.

Mission:

Tri-pulley is a women-led NGO that empowers marginalized communities with a focus on women, youth, and persons with disabilities (PWD), through temporary skilled based job opportunities linked to social and environmental causes. By transforming events, games, and products into revenue-generating experiences, we create dignified work, build transferable skills, reduce aid dependency, and nurture inclusive, resilient communities.
